Returns
All returns must be authorized and submitted with a Return Authorization Form. For a full refund goods must be returned within 14 days of your invoice date. You will only be refunded the amount of goods minus shipping charges if applicable. We are not responsible if you can not view the goods within these 14 days. Refunds/ Returns take up to 14-21 business days after we have received them. Merchandise must be returned in the same manner as they were received. This packaging includes: polybags and/or boxes.
Exchanges
All Exchanges must be authorized with Return Authorization Form. No exchanges will be accepted without authorization. Goods can be exchanged within the 30 days of the order date. We must receive the goods within the 30 day period. You must pay for shipping on the way back to Hy8pe.com and back to you. There is 10% restocking fee of the value of the goods for all exchanges which will be added along with the shipping charges back to you. Please confirm payment method before shipping the goods back. Please allow 5-10 business days to process. Merchandise must be returned in the same manner as they were received. This packaging includes: polybags and/or boxes.
Shipping
Hy8pe.com ships Monday thru Friday. We ship all orders within 12 hours after being placed. Shipping is free!
Limited Warranty
All merchandise from Hy8pe.com has a one year limited warranty. Our warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear. All items must be returned to use in the same packaging as they were received to you.
